BolehWorks retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, or methodologies used in project development.

Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards.

THE MATERIALS AND SERVICES ON OUR WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. We agree to maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details. Clients agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies, tools, or information shared by BolehWorks.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• Client will pay for all work completed to date
• BolehWorks will deliver all completed work
• Both parties will return or destroy confidential information

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BolehWorks harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

12. Changes to Terms

BolehWorks reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service.
